Apr 24, 2011I got into a pool for the first time in many many years today. I had a goal of doing 20 laps (40 lengths) and I surpassed that and did 25 laps. That is over 3/4 of a mile :). I could have done more. I want to swim at least once/week because it is such good exercise. Next time I am going to go for the full mile. It would be about 32 laps.
