Wellesse Calcium & Vitamin D Liquid Natural Citrus

"2 Tbs = 1000 mg. Calcium Citrate and 1000 IU Vitamin D3. Taste like the orange flavored baby aspirins. Drink alone or put in your shake. Much better than the horsepill chewables! "

Alpine Punch

"I add this to my SF Kool-Aid or SF Hawaiin Punch drinks to add protein and also hide any aftertaste. One 20 oz. bottle has 40 oz. protein."

Pink Lemonade "Shaker" Bottle

"Just add ice cold water, shake, and drink. Bottle has 15 g. protein, 70 calories, and 1 g. sugar. Easy to get in all your protein with these drinks"

Rio Grande Regional Hospital

"The nursing staff and aides were very attentive, and very professional. Security to the floor is controlled so visitors must have a pass. No children under 14 are allowed on surgical floor. Physical therapy came up regularly to walk with me. I'm a light sleeper so when the nurses checked vitals every 2 hours I woke up. No big deal though. They needed to do their job. Hall noise was almost non-existant. The nurses aide was extremely helpful. She helped get me out of bed and bathe me. I never had an aide offer as much assistance as she even through the birth of my 2 children at large Houston hospitals. "

Luis Reyes

"Dr. Reyes looks younger than I thought he'd be. He has a no nonsense approach. He talks to you about all your options and explains them thoroughly. There is no question that he's good at what he does b/c he has a line of patients coming in and out. If he decides you're a good candidate, right there, they start the process. The insurance clerk sits down with you to go over procedures. The office clerk gets on the phone and starts making appointments with your PCP, nutritionist, psychiatrist, and any other professionals you need to see. You leave with a list of appointments, tests, and other things you need to do before the insurance letter gets sent. You leave feeling like your in good hands. The entire staff is friendly and personable. I did consult Dr. Reyes in Jan 2003 for WLS, but my insurance at the time had an exclusion. I was disappointed that the office never offered to work with me on an appeal. I guess that they were more familiar with the requirements of my insurance company and knew that my denial would not be overturned on appeal. It wouldn't have been b/c the company is self-funded and they made the decision the first time. Anyway, I'm glad that I went back."

Gloria Ibanez

"Mrs. Ibanez is a Physician Assistant to Dr. Dona Cooper-Dockery. She looks like an abuelita; however, her looks are deceiving. She is highly educated about her field. She listens attentively, very caring, takes notes, and doesn't waste any time getting down to business. I was quite impressed with her and will continue to see her when I don't really need to see Dr. Cooper. She's was very supportive about decision to have WLS as was Dr. Cooper."

Dona Cooper-Dockery

"Dr.Cooper is a very caring doctor. She does have alot of patients, especially older and elderly ones; however, she is generally available. I might go in for a sinus infection and see her for a few minutes; however, when I need her to listen, she's always been there and has never rushed out. When I saw her for depression, she sat with me and listened and was extremely comforting and compassionate. When I came in to speak to her about WLS, she didn't rush me. She listened patiently, took notes, and asked me questions. She was described as a gentle person by the psychologist who did my psych eval for WLS. That describes her. She is gentle, caring, and knows her stuff. I really wouldn't want to see another doctor. Her PA is wonderful too. "
