The Slow Down

Over the last 3 weeks my weight loss has slowed down considerably. I've only lost 1.4 lbs over the last 3 weeks. I've decided that  to increase the length and intensity of my exercise routine and cut out all carbs. My weekly 2 mile walks in the park has become inconsistant because of weather and laziness. I've missed 2 of these walks in the last 3 weeks. I'm going to focus on increasing my daily exercise and stop depending on the weekly park walk for a more intense work out. Originally, I was doing Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walk and now I've started Leslie's 2 mile walk which incorporates weights.  I'm also increasing my daily lunch time walks at work from 20 minutes a day to 30 minutes.

I've been eating small amounts of potatoes, rice, and bread with my meals and I am going to cut out those carbs completely and focus on eating meat, beans, cheese, and eggs along with non-starchy veggies. I really need to turn around this stall and start losing weight again.
