i have been on my pre op diet for 12 days and i have like 40 left.. but i have noticed that the last 4 days or so i get huiccups 2-3 times per day. what might be causing this? any one know? happen

Anyone have any good recommendations that i can just throw in a my bag and go so i dont have to carry around a container of protein powder. especially since i ride a harley and i use a back pack fo

im having my surgery in juarez mexico. not sure when yet, hopefully end of sept or october. since the dr is ina  different country, what type of dr. if any specical dr. should i find here in the states to help monitor after surgery? will my pcp do just
