May 17, 2011I have been working out every day for the past week. I am not a morning person, but I have been getting up at 5:45 to walk every morning. I am only walking 2 miles and it takes me about 45 minutes. I am so tired by 8:30 I can hardly keep my eyes open. I am sure this is normal, but it is a bit frustrating. I feel good during the day, but just kinda collapse when I get home. I hope as I continue to loose weight I get so more energy. Funny how I get so down when I am tired.
