I'mmmm Back

Can't believe it's been 12 years since I have been on here and 16 years since my surgery. Looking back at how successful I was to where I am now makes me so disappointed with myself, in 16 years I have gained 145 lbs back and it is totally my fault. I let people telling me that I looked like a crackhead throw me off. And 16 years later I am back.... However... I have had a lot of things happen in this 16 years... lost my job... COVID... and my oldest son was murdered... on HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE... so many reasons to stay on the failing side of my journey... but I have gotten my head straight and taken control of ME and MY Destiny.. Had Revision surgery on June 17, 2023... so I am just a few days out and back on my path... now I have to get back to my making my goals... first goal was to get back under 300 lbs and I have accomplished that... Now my second goal is to lose 25 lbs... today I am going back through my on journey to see what I did before so I can rinse and repeat because when I turn 55 next year I WILL NOT have a high BMI... Its been 25 days after my tummy tuck. I feel good...still can't exercise.. but okay. I can see why and how people get hooked on plastic surgery. I am still swollen but I am so happy that the overflow is gone I really could care less if I never go down. The Doctor says that I am doing great! My incision is healing well. When I go back I am going to find out about getting my legs done. If I do that then my two major problems will be taken care of. I had planned on waiting six months after surgery to decide if I was going to allow him to look at getting rid of the leg problem but, I think I am just going to let him hook me up asap. I posted pictures of the before and afters of the tummy tuck I will post more as I go down more. What is going on with all of you?

Abs: 5 exercises 2 Full Sets (do in order and then again)
1. Crunches 25
2. Leg Lifts 25
3. Oblique's Right then Left 25
4. Plank goal 30 sec
5. Front bend over 12
Weights: Arms--4 exercises 2 Full Sets (do in order and then again)
1. Bicep Curl - 12
2. Triceps overhead - 12
3. Side Laterals - 12
4. Front Laterals - 12
This is Feb workout plan I will post March's plan later. So How are all of you? I am just trying to get away from 170 been here for a year it is time to go down some more now. Hopefully this new workout will do the treat.

Hi there I haven't been here in a minute. Need to beat myself for not keeping my profile up better. I have a lot of stuff to tell you guys about.
Cruise:
Went on my first cruise in June had a BALLLLLLL! I can't wait for the next one. We went to Grand Caymans and Cozemul, Mexico. I wish that we could have stayed longer. I love the fact that everything is paid for and I don't have to keep going into my pocket for things. I went with a coworker and his family and I am so glad that I went with them. They are experienced in cruising so they were able to tell me what to do and not do and saved me a LOT of money.
