I'm living with the knee issue-is is better if I put heat on it right after I workout. I hit a new personal best this week! I jogged/speed walked 4 miles in 55 minutes! Yeay me! Weight is still the same--staying in a few lb range...this week I'm on the lower side. My body is still changing with the exercise--it is still "reshaping". I'm off the Dallas next week for our user conference at work-I've got a gym at my hotel and a place to run by a lake, so it will be good--and I got an AWESOME blue dress for the closing party! I'm still amazed that I can shop anywhere and wear whatever I want.....there are still stores I've never been in like Chicos, Banana Republic, Express (I think this one is a little "too young" for me!) and then some...I've rediscovered some stores like Kohl's and JC Penney. I am so loving life in good health!
