Two Days to Go

I am at home today, we have been hit with a huge blizzard here on the East Coast. No shopping, no holiday functions, just relaxation and TV.

My date is Monday, December, 21st. I am on my liquid diet. Just had a snack of Lime Sugar Free jello! Yummy! Plan to weigh myself on Sunday, but on Friday, I weighed in as 246 pounds. I hope to be 244 or 242 by Monday surgery day.

My goal is 185.

I bought a treadmill and plan to start using it about a week out from sugery. I have been working out and running with my trainer. I am so proud of my exercise and what I can achieve it is AMAZING!!
