Feeling overwhelmed today

Today I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. Life is dropping a lot of things on me today and I feel as if I am underwater and can't see the light at the top. It is also the time of the year, and making such a huge change to my life with the surgery. I am happy I had the surgery but today feel a bit overwhelmed.Hoping to feel better in a few days. Just sharing my frustration!
