Post Op - 2010 Happy New Year!

Well I am on the losers bench. I am almost two weeks post op. I had my surgery on December 21st at Sibley Hospital with Dr. Long.

I am due to have an appointment on Tuesday January 5th moving on to "soft" foods. This week my monthly friend came to visit and I can't tell if there is any "real" weight loss or just fluid. I don't think I will be able to tell my weight loss until Aunt Flo leaves for the month.

So far the experience hasn't been horrible, but it has been an experience. I am on liquid foods mainly soup. I have had so much soup I am pratically sick of it....

I am looking forward to "soft" foods. I am anxious to have a egg or a half of a potato.

I am having a hard time gettng all my protein and water in but I am working on it, getting better every day.

Thanks to this wonderful community and the community on you tube. You guys are great! Thank you for all the support! I am trying to find photos of myself from my smaller self.

Going to search this weekend for old photos. It is a new year and a new me. So excited about 2010!
