But in a nutshell, I am 95 pounds down, I am wearing size 10 pants, and size small and medium shirts. I am less than 20 pounds away from my personal goal, (18 to be exact) and am averaging about losing 5 pounds a month now. I am still plugging away at the gym...and of course I still see myself as fat...but I know it's because of the extra skin that I'm not comfortable with.
I hope to get some pics up here soon! I will try to update more later! Been so busy with life, taking care of everyone else and trying to squeeze myself in there somewhere!

Next goal: 150, hopefully before the end of July would be nice.
I had taken some time off of the gym, not by choice...but I'm back now. Hopefully it will help speed things up a bit...I'll be 8 months on my birthday, July 14th. I'll be 29. I'll hopefully have some better news by then...

I've added the stairmaster to my workout...I start out on that for about 12-15 minutes, then move to the elliptical for 20-25 minutes, then spend 15-30 minutes on the nautilis equipment working arms/chest/inner and outer thighs, and then I finish with at least 30 minutes (2-2.5 mile) run on the treadmill. I know I burn somewhere around 600 calories at least...
BUT...I cannot seem to get past running like 2.5 miles...I'm trying to work up to 3 miles at a time, but I'm having such a hard time getting there:(
I'm down to 162...I'm a little concerned that I may have to re-evaluate my goal weight. If I am completely honest with myself, I don't know if I can really lose another 28 pounds. I will try, but I don't know if I can. I will revise my goal weight in mini-incriments (spelling?). I'm going to begin with 155. Then 150. Then 145. Then 140. Then 134.
I'm also going to sign up at the gym to meet with the personal trainer to maximize the benefits of my workouts. I want to make sure I'm burning the most fat I can...and getting the maximum cardio benefits possible.
I will be 7 months next week...I'll try to get some official pics up then...till then....ttfn!!

Ok, so just a quick update today.
I'm 6 months out day. I am weighing in at 169. I am down 78 pounds. Time sure flies real fast. I am wearing size Medium shirts in the women's/misses department. ( and XL in the tiny Juniors department!) It's so nice to just go grap "whatever" on the rack now!!!
Most pants are size 13...although I did buy a size 12 from NY and Co yesterday...
I try to get to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week, and work out AT LEAST an hour to an hour and a half each time. I do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio (I shoot for 45 to 50), and I am actually RUNNING now!
I ran yesterday for a full 30 minutes!! I think it was about 2.5 miles! I am shooting for a full 3 miles at a time! I run at about 4.8mph...but ran at 5.0mph for a while yesterday.
I leave for Florida tomorrow...so hopefully will be able to post some six months pics when I get back!!
I wouldn't change anything for the world...I just hope things keep going smoothly and the weight keeps coming off. Only about 35 more pounds to goal!!

Well then my brother gets the crazy idea to go BACK to the gym later and run AGAIN...so I ran ANOTHER 2 miles....
I put a total of almost 6 miles on my legs today, and boy do they feel it. I am definitely NOT running ANYWHERE tomorrow, lol...

I really need a HR monitor cuz even at 4.8MPH I still didn't feel like I worked hard enough.
I'm going back for more tonight after work. The adrenaline is just addicting.
Oh...and the scale said 172.2 this morning. And I only stepped on it once. Not thirty times...lol.
Finally got my bloodwork done this morning...will post later to see what it says. I've been just soooooo worn down lately. Extremely exhausted lately. Don't know if my vitamin levels are down or if it's the Topamax my doctor has me on for my migraines. We'll see...

The scale, however...still is not moving...I'm working out more than ever and the scale will not budge. I'm going on 3 weeks with no weight change. Up and down the same three pounds...174-177...

So I'm stuck between 174-176.
Just found out that my grandmother in FLA (who I am supposed to go see on May 15th) just had a stroke on Thursday...not doing too well. So I may have to expedite my trip. We'll see...
