A Year Has Passed

Since my last update. In January, I fell and tore my rotator cuff and had to have surgery, ending my quest to go back to work. But all the news is not bad. I do pretty well for someone who was so sick after my bypass surgery. Almost all my co-morbidities have gone into remission. My blood sugar is normal and so is my blood pressure. No more C-Pap machine, either. I sleep soundly and wake up rested and refreshed. All that's left is to have my varicose veins fixed. They're pretty bad and starting to ulcerate. But I'm confident I'll find the right doctor to help me on that. All in all, life is good and I'm so happy God chose to let me stay on Earth with my beloved family just a little longer.
