You're going to be fantastic, Maggie. Enjoy the pressure boots-- I know *I* did-- I like a good massage! Sleep as much as you can, take all the drugs available to you, and take it easy and slowly. Let us know when we might come see uou and if we can bring you anything. Tomorrow, you'll feel like a Nascar racer in the OR-- the pit crew buzzes around you and there's excitement, then it's lights out! Keep your eyes on the real prizes-- your health and mobility. You can walk thie kids to Bailey Park, and it won't even be a chore. Just one more week of pain-- and there will be pain-- and then, as it goes away in time, you'll emerge. I'll be thinking about you!

Maggie! By next week at this time you'll be a whole new person. The first couple of days were rough for me, but once I got home each and every day has gotten better and better! I definitely felt the support from friends and from prayer it helps, a lot! You'll do GREAT!!! Love, Heather

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
