mile repeats on the treadmill, 1.0% incline. 1 mile warmup @ 8:32, 3 miles @ speed, 1-2 min rest between miles (7:16, 6:58, 6:40). The last one nearly killed...

Tuesday workouts - Speed work today....
4 miles on the treadmill. Mile repeats w/ 30-45 sec rest between miles (warmup 8:35, 7:42, 7:21, 7:08)
60 min of weights (core/legs)
