245 the last morning of Optifast, I have to say watching the numbers go down even one by one is AWESOME!! Last night of work last night for 3 weeks, all the girls were hugging me and I almost cried....almost...i thought maybe i was weird cause I havent cried about this yet, some cry when getting their date some at the surgeons meeting some days leading up to surgery nday, but as of yet nothing. I have a feeling when im gowned up and sitting there with my mom I will shed a tear or 1000. Im a little on edge today so im glad my girls are taking me to a movie for the distraction.

Optifast weight update

ok so I have a couple things to post today.
1st is a picture of all my vitamins and stuff I picked up for surgery
So this is them, its all the prescriptions that I got from the surgeon and a few things I picked up myself.
2nd is a pic of my weight today:

Starting to get worried..

So today is day 10 I think and im still only down 6 pounds, if that, im going to buy new scales today because my stupid electronic one is screwed up. Im so worried that im not going to lose enough weight, iv been following my plan to a T, havent cheated once and only 2 of the days I was able to get in 3 not 4 shakes. Im only drinking broth once a day now because im scared im drinking to much. Agh! I know this will work but thoughts keep creeping up like what if even this doesnt work for me???

Starbucks and Winners

ok so I went to Brantford this morning and found a Starbucks, I never even knew I had one closer then a hours drive. Cool so I went in and asked about the SF syrup everyone talks about and the nice lady behind the counter gave me a sample of each one before I bought one. I picked this one first

so after that my husband and I thought well we might as well go over to Winners since we are already out and about and I wanted to look for some more Christmas gifts....yes I said Christmas gifts. So anyhow we are in Winners and I turn around and there is the other thing I was going out to buy another one of today
Its the exact same cup as i bought at the superstore and the same price but WAY more fun! They are in the housewares section and I love it, using it right now actually. So then we are on our way back I decided awww maybe I should stop and get another flavor just in case I dont love the Cinnamon flavor. My hubby went in for me and got me the Hazelnut flavor and said he knew I would love it.

As soon as I got home I put a tsp.5 in my shake and.......DELICIOUS!!! Love it and I also realized that I can now drink black coffee with it in there as well! I also didn't realize that they were so big I thought "Starbucks" maybe a 300ml bottle or something like DaVinci sells but nope they are huge and will last me quit awhile, long after I'm done Optifast so that's cool.

So ok today is my 7th day! One week down only 11 more days to go! So very excited! Im still only down 6lbs and im kinda bummed about that but who knows hopfully itll pick up before my pre op appointment on the 12th which will be my 2 week point.
