Called to verify date of dr's appt and guess what?  Agent said she had no record of it and scheduled me to come in today.  Details to follow...

My new insurance is currently Anthem Blue Cross (formally BCBS of CA)  HMO.  They require that I be referred to a center/surgeon by my PCP.  The 1st appointment I could get with the PCP was early Feb 2009.  I'm anxious to get the ball rolling and will check for any holiday cancellations...
