I am down 20.5 pounds today! I am so excited. I have no regrets. It isn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but so worth it.

I've survived the first week and doing well. My tummy is still a little sore, but tolerable. I'm increasing my activity daily. I've only had 1 episode of nausea since I've come home and that wasn't that bas either. I thank God everyday for helping me through this time. I am down 15 pounds today (6 of that was pre-surgery). I am on my way to a new healthy me!

I made it home. I have no complaints. Everything went well. I have no regrets. I am still sore and a little tired, so I'll write more later.

Okay! The time has come. Tomorrow this time I will be on the "losers side". Please send your prayers my way. My faith is telling me that I am going to be fine, however my nursing experience has me a little anxious still. I will keep you posted.

Two Weeks Today

In two weeks I will be on the losers side. I can't believe it is finally going to happen. I am so excited to have a second chance to be the healthy person I want to be.

Yeah....September 8th is the 1st day of a new start. I just can't believe it is finally happening. I'm waiting for someone to wake me up at any moment.
