Good morning. Where is everyone. It is unusual for me to be first. Not much going on today. Just work and home. However I do have an MRI at midnight tonight. Everytime I have had one it has been in the middle of the night. I am taking tomorrow morning

I have an unusual problem. It started about a month ago. I like to do lane swimming. Now I am having problems with burping. No acid jusast air. I
 have not changed how I swim. I have tried not eating for 4 hours before and it was a little better.

I have seen people post that they work out but they do not lose weight. You might find this

At 3 1/2 years out I am challenging myself to be as active as possible. Because of arthritis and torn parts in my knee I will never be a runner. Frankly I still have issues making it too far walking although I do like to push it as far as possible.
