Hello everybody!!!! I'm back and the tonsills are history!!! Throat still very sore but other than that I feel good. The frozen fruit smoothies do help!! 
This is day 23 of the fast and still doing good. I hope that everyone made it through Halloween without bingeing. I love chocolate but due to fasting and no tonsills I did not have to worry about being tempted this year.... Well pain meds are kickin in naptime....TTFN!! God bless each one of you.

Day 20----I'm still doing great!! Feeling Awesome! Tomorrow's the day!! The tonsils' are out of here!!! I will post pics before and after....Haha!!! God is so awesome. I am so grateful for all that He has done. Happy losing to everday!!

Day 14 - Feeling really good. I was having knee joint pain when coming up my steps before this fast but it is gone now. I look great. My skin is clear. I am starting to wonder what I really want to put back into my diet when this fast is over. On another note next Wednesday I have to have my tonsils out. That should be fun. I will keep you posted. Happy losing!

Day five and all is well. I still have energy and I am feeling good. Still cooking the same things for the rest of the bunch and I have to admit that I had some compulsive moments wanting to eat some. But the grease smell almost made me nauseous. So I am believing that my food addictions are broken in the Name of Jesus. Glory to the Most High. Happy losing everyone! TTFN!

Ok this is amazing! Day 3 of my Daniel fast and I feel great. I had a headache the first two days and that was expected but today I am energized. I have not felt this good in months. I have not been as hungry as I would have expected. Actually I have been less hungry than I usually am. I am not craving sugar nearly as much. I guess my body realizes that I not going to eat it and is saying why bother. Anyway just wanted you to know how I was doing. TTFN!

Sorry I been gone so long. After my patient's death, I ended up continuing to work in the same house. The mourning and eating continued and I lost all of my good habit. I found the sugar addiction and bingeing back in full effect. I gained 20-25 pounds over the past 4 months. I realized the other day that I had to do something so I'm back.
I started a Daniel fast yesterday. I've never done this before but it came into my heart to do it and I believe that it will help break all of the food addictions I have been having. I mean it cuts then all out and you focus on give more time to God. A win-win sitiuation! Anyway I will keep you posted.........Be blessed and be losers!

WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!! Where has the time gone.......I am sorry I been away sooo long. Anyway my patient passed away and it was a very emotional time for all but we are all getting back to normal. I moved which was a good thing but everyone knows how stressful moving is and I had some special circumstances. I won't go into it cause I am not complaining Iove my new home. Ok weight is still the same. I have not got a routine down since moving but i will. Happy losing to all. The One who has begun this great work in us is more than able to complete it. PTL!!!

Still hanging around 229-232# but not too worried it has been a hard month. Doing my exercise but my eating has not been so good. My patient at work has not been doing well and her family is been so emotional. It has been so difficult. But that is just an excuse.....it's back on track for me! Peace my brothers and sisters!

Sorry I been MIA!!! I am doing well! No more weight loss though.....I am sitting at 229-231#. Needing to kind of get back on track. I feel so blessed to be more than 50 pounds less! I want to continue and lose another 50 ounds! Be blessed my brothers and sisters and stay losers!!!
