Hello my friends,

I am down to 239 and I am feeling pretty good.  I have been dealing with stress from my family.  My dad had surgery to clean his arteries from the stroke that he had  on good friday.  He is doing tolerable and I ask that you all continue to pray for me and my family.  I don 't know why siblings must sqabble so in a time of crisis.  I wish that we could all get along.  I am praying for strength to just go day to day.  I am glad that I can come here and vent and know that I have such good support.  Thanks again guys.  Back to me I am almost in a 18.  I know that I will be by saturday for sure.  I need to eat but I am not hungry.  I must do better.

Hello family,

I thought I would get on here and vent a little.  My dad had a stroke on good friday.  I am so afraid that he may be leaving us.  He is slowly coming around. I pray my strength in the lord because I know he is in charge.  Thanks for letting me come here and just vent.  I went to the doctors today  and I am doing well.

I am doing fine.  I am down to 244 I am losing at a good rate I think.  I am finding some of my friends are not excited for me.  I am the same person.  I have always prided myself on this.  Why do people act this way.  We are the same people we just lost weight.  I don't look down on people never did.  I feel I am here to help people not bring anyone down.  Sometimes it is hard but I will keep pressing my way.  Thanks for letting me vent .  Until next post.  God bless and keep you all.

I am doing fine.  I am down to 258 I am doing good.  It has been a minute since I udated. I am on here eveyday and I check my messages.  I am not one to forget where I come from.  Thanks to everyone that continues to support me.  God bless.  I will update soon.

I have not told what happened when I went in for surgery.  I arrived at the hospital at 7:30 am . I was weighed and vitals taken.  I was ushered to a room to change clothes and wait. The nurse came to do my iv and she did it so well.  Praise god.  I was praying the whole time.  God is really good.  I only told select people in my family.  About an hr later they came to wheel me to surgery.  

The surgery holding area was so crowded with people.  I got to chat with a previous Dr. that had done a previous surgery on me.  He and Dr.Sieloff are partners so I knew I was in good hands.  About 20 mins. later the anitheiseologist mispelled I know) came in and talked to me.  She slipped joy juice in my iv so quick it made my head spin.  I started feeling so relaxed. The next thing they were telling me to slide over and my arm was being tied down. 

The next thing that I remember I was in recovery.  I had nausea   (msp)  Then I got some good pain meds.  I don't remember being in a lot of pain.  I woke again and I was in a private room.  So cool.  I slept off and on the whole night.  

The next morning I did the swallow test and was started on liquids.  The pcp pump was taken away, leg compressions and cathtether .  I walked later on that day and sipped liquids.  Same as next day.  Got to go home that monday.  Everything went well thanks to the man above.  Thanks again to all the people that prayed for me and came to see me.  And a big thanks for all the phone calls.

I am on the losers bench and here is where I want to stay.

Helllo OH family,

I returned to work today and I am glad to be back.  Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts.  I want to thank all my special angels that checked on me and Tam that came to visit me.  Thanks so much.  I am so grateful to be on the losers bench.  Thanks again for all of your support.  I had  no problems and no complications thanks to the good lord. 

Well this is my last day at work.  I will return on 1/5/09.  I will update then.  Some of my friends on hear will let folks know how I am doing.  I pray god keeps each of us in  his arms.  And in is protection.  The devil is a liar.  Be good and blessed and have a happy an safe christmas and a good new year.

I recieved my date for surgery.  It will be next friday 12/12/2008.  Please pray for me and my family and all the other members that will be going through on this date.  May god bless and keep you all

Hello,  I hope that everyone here had a safe and wonderful thanksgiving.  I have my appointment tommorrow with the surgeon for my date.  I will let everyone know after the appointment.  Thanks for the great support that you guys have given me.

Hello, Family

Wishing every one a heartfelt thanksgiving.  Lets remember what this holiday is all about.  It is about giving.  If someone can only feed one person this thanksgiving please do so.  It feels good to just do the little things.  It is not always about the big things.  I pray that we all remember that.  Times are hard for everyone right now.  But if we just reach out and share what we have it may not be what you want but it is from the heart.  May god bless each of you at your point of need.
