Month 1 May 2013-   253      - 25 lbs

Month 2 June-   245      - 8 lbs

Month 3 July-   229      - 16 lbs

Month 4 Aug-   226      - 3 lbs (hit a plateau that I can't seem to break) 

Month 5 Sept-   223      - 3 lbs

Month 6 Oct-   219       -4 lbs  (YES!! Made my Oct goal to be below 220)

Month 7 Nov-   216       -3 lbs

Month 8 Dec-   214      -2 lbs

Month 9 Jan 2014-   210     -4 lbs

Month 10 Feb-  210

Month 12 March-  210

Month 13 April-  210

Month 16 July-  210    Will I ever break this STALL!!!

Month 17 Aug-  210     STILL!!!

Month 18 Sept- 214    Creeped back up 4 lbs     ***going back to the basics
