Today was a big day for me. I had an appointment with my primary care physician, he made me aware that I'm no longer a diabetic. Thank you Jesus. 4 months 1 day since surgery and I'm not a diabectic anymore. This really a bless day 4 me. Just wanted to keep my OH family updated.Have a bless week ahead.

Good morning to my OH familiy. I want to give a Birthday shout out to my daughter Yasmmeen who turned 18 today. What a beautful morning it is today...Thank you father  letting me see another day. I lost another 10lbs this month, I'm at 209lbs, that a total of 45lbs. since I had surgery,it's coming off slow but it's coming off. I'm wearing size 16W and I even brought a pair of 14W pants, YAHOOOO. I'm so proud of my progress. Will update on my weight loss progress next month.

Hello 2 my OH family it's update time. Well, I lost 8 lbs this month. The doctor said I'm doing well. I go back in three months. He wants me to lose 30 lbs on my next visit. Will update on my next weight loss.

Update time. I went to the doctor's today I lost 11lbs. That's 27 lbs in total. I'm 2 months out. Dr. Averbach said he's happy with my progress. I feel great!!! Will keep you all posted.

Hi all, had a wonderful day, today was my 1st. day back 2 work since my surgery. Everybody told me how good I looked. I felt good. Well iIm a little tired. Will update you on my next Doctor's appointment.

Hi my OH family, I went to visit my primary care physician Dr. Cherian and my favorite nurse Cheryl. My sugar was a little on the high side we're going to wait it out to see if my sugar comes down. I'll follow up in 3 months. I'm doing greaat.
