Hello my OH Family well I finally did it....I lost the 100 lbs I nedeed to get to my goal weight....I weigh 154 lbs. It took a little while for me to reach my goal. This has been an amazing journey. Thank you all for all the support. I've met some fantastic people here.....Vanessa, I just want to say thanks for coming into my life, you are a true angel. Thanks for being that little sister I never had....Love ya girl.......Will keep you all posted. God bless always...

Hi my OH family....Well I had my 1 year post op appointment on 07/10/09.. I weighed in at 162 lbs. My doctor only wanted me lose 25 lbs. I lost 32lbs. I changed my goal weight to 150 lbs. He stated that he wanted me to start maintaining 162 lbs. I have a lot of excess skin in my thighs. I'm down to a size 12. A regular size 12. Today I weigh 159 lbs. I'm so blessed and I thank GOD everyday. I hope all is well with my OH family. Enjoy your summer family. God bless always.

Hello my OH family.....Well the weather is getting nice....I'm down to 168 lbs. That's 86lbs. down. I wear size 14 amazing....I'm so thankful to the father above....I give him all the glory....I go for my year post op check up on 7/10/09.....I'm suppose to be 168 lbs, I'm already there. Hooray!!!! Will update next month.....God bless always.

Hi OH Family, I'm down 182.2. It coming off but, slowly. I've been a little lazy with my exercise. I'm back on track now. I hope everyone is well. I'm wearing size 14 on the bottom and size 12 on top. I can't believe the transformation....Update you next month....

Hello my OH family....I weigh 183 lbs; it's been 2 months since I've seen WLS doctor and he wanted me to be lose at least 5 lbs a month. When I last saw him I weighed in at 193 lbs, so I'm still on target for this month at 183 lbs. 38 lbs. to go to my goal weight. Well, I'll up you all next month. God bless always,

Hi OH Family, I want to wish all, A Happy Valentine's Day. Well, when I weighed this morning...I weighed in at 185 lbs. My WLS doctor wants me to lose 5-6 lbs. a month. So, I'm on target. I've lost 7 lbs... I'll update you all next month. Chow 4 now....

Hello 2 my OH Family...I had my 6 month post op appt...I'm down 26 lbs, I was suppose to be down 30 lbs. My doctor was happy with my progress. He said I should be anywhere form 25 lbs. to 30 lbs. He said I'm doing well. When I go back for my 1 year post op; he want me down another 25 to 30 lbs. I'm now weighing in at 193 lbs. It feels great. God is good. I went from wearing 24w to 16w,14w pants and 3x to XL, L on top. It feels good family. Well, I'm getting ready to go to the gym...You all have a blessed weekend...I'll put new pics on my page soon...God bless always...

I just wanted to let my OH family know how thankful I am to have been given the opportunity to change my lifestyle....God has truly blessed me. I'm halfway to goal. All I can say is "Thank you Jesus".

Well, I made it to 199 lbs. yesterday...That's 55 lbs down.I'm halfway to my goal weight....I'm thankful and working my tool hard. Sometime I feel upset cause everyone is losing more than me. Then I come back to reality....Everyone is different...I'm losing at the pace I'm suppose too. T o all my OH family Happ Holiday!!!!

Hello 2 my OH family well I'm suppose to be 199lbs. by Friday, I'm 201lbs. I'm down 53 lbs. I'm not complaining. I'm happy. Some lose more than others my doctor say i'm right where I'm suppose 2 be. I hope all of my OH family have a safe and wonderful holiday. Will update you in 09. Happy New Year.
