ok i must say everytime i think im done i wake up and i have lost more weight.. well i was at a stand still for over a month didnt lose a pound went up and down between 5 lbs went on vacation and came back and now im 20 lbs from onederland im officially 220lbs today yay!!! wow i never thought i would get here.. i thought onederland was impossible but i can now see it well lets not forget i started this journey in may at 297 and date of surgery i was 287... so to some in almost 6 months thats not alot but to me its better than i could have done on my own..yayy me
