1st milestone reached 2010

I am finally on my way everyone.
I have not gained any more weight since March and reconnecting here on OH.com. I am down 16 pounds and that brings me back to my January 2010 weight. So I have reached one milestone already this year.
I have lost the 16 pounds I gained in 2010. I am determined to make 2010 a year I am not going to gain. The last 3 years my weight has been sliding up and I promise you and myself that 2010 will not be a gain year for me.
