REMODEL!!! Four people to a bathroom is not 21st century!

I had a bad post-op experience on Oct. 29 that has changed my opinion of this place. See my profile for details. The bottom line is, if you are going to spend $52,000 on a service, service is what you expect to receive.

The staff is wonderful and they are very experienced..They always make you feel good and help anyway they can. I would recomend this hospital as a 5 star spa.

My surgeon is the greatest!!
The hospital staff wasn't the greatest. There is one nurse I call Atilla the Hun. She came into my room one night and I accidentally spilled some ice water down my neck and chest. She laughed at me and said,"I bet thats COLD!" Then she walked out and didn't get a new gown or anything! I could have killed her.
Charisma and Rachel were the best! I wish I could have brought them home with me.
My husband had to continually empty the pee bucket they leave on the toilet from the guy next door because 2 rooms shared a bathroom. He took a shower and there was no clean towel one day so he had to dry off with a gown.
The hospital definitely needs to make some improvements, especially the shower rooms. Just because they have big chairs for bariatric patients doesn't mean they are clean and well equipped as a hospital. The big recliners in the waiting room need to be moved into the patients' rooms.
Atilla the Hun needs to be fired immediately!!!!

Everyone at this hospital treated me with great respect and concern. I think all the staff are excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

From minute one in meeting Dr B to Jeff my insurance rep to Stephanie my patient cordinator...I felt at ease. Everyone was understanding, informative, compassionate, and made a very difficult time in my life a bit easier with their comfort and confidence in their own abilities to be able to help me help myself. Greatest staff ever top to bottom!!

I really enjoyed the pleasant attitudes of the nurses. They were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms where nice and evrything at the hospital is accomidating to large sized people.
