There definition of pain control and mine were definitely too very different things. But then again, they said they had given me the maximum dosage. I had a PCA pump and additional shots in the arma and was still having a hard time getting around. Can't get your walking in if you're in too much pain. Other than that issue the staff was very nice!!!

I feel this hospital and the staff was very good. Although the nurses seemed to be a little short staffed.

the staff was very compassionate, and available. Any time I buzzed someone was there in a matter of seconds.

I would highly recommend anyone concedering this surgery to go to BTC in Belvidere, IL. It was a comfort to me knowing they would be ABLE to take good care of me.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Now that they have remodeled, it is better. But they charged a lot of money for the facility it was at the time I had my surgery

The hospital is very clean...the nurses are friendly and the nurses aides even friendlier! An example...when I got to take my first shower, I never felt ashamed that the aide had to help me out...and she was so very sympathetic towards me. The pain control could've been a bit better after they took out my IV...but, that was only for the 3rd day. The 4th day, I was feeling pretty good again. I would recommend the BTC program to ANYONE!! Top Notch!

Btc was very accomodating , the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

I like the fact that everyone there was having the same procedure so we had that in common. It was easy for us to compare notes since we had the same thing.It also made everyone friendly.

I enjoyed the smaller hospital. I liked when I walked down the halls, that the patients I met were either where I had been or was going. We gave each other encouragement and support! Everyone was very attentive and understanding. Very professional. I felt that not only my needs were met, but usually before I new I needed something. I highly recomment BTC and the Northwest Suburban Community hospital and their wonderful stafff!
