Memorial Hospital (COE) Hospital

I had a PCT during my first day of admittance that was wonderful( Friday 7am-7PM); her name was Charlotte Capers. This woman was an excellent care provider, it was important to her that your needs were taken care of and she went out of her way to insure they were. When the hospital brought my first meal it was completely wrong, she tracked down everything and made sure that it was the right product. My water was always fresh, full and cold. When I needed something, I basically only needed to think about it and she was there. If all of the PCT’s, I experienced while there; were as good as this wonderful lady, all patients in the hospital would receive excellent care. I give Charlotte and A++. She cares and it shows!

They haspital staff war very kind, well the majority of them were. I only had one complaint. One of the ladies from the kitchen gave me roast bee, mashed potatos, veggies, role, butter, ice cream etc for dinner. When I told her I could not eat that, she argued with me and told me my diet was 1800 calories and I was not longer on liquid. I refused to eat it and called my nurse. They nurse verified my information and the situation was rectified. One morning I got grits , eggs bacon O.J. etc. When I told her it was wrong, she immediately asked me what I was suppose to have and corrected it. Don't eat the popcycles, they are not sugar free and double check your jello!!!!. They have plenty of gatoraid and diet gingerale and diet sprite. Drink, drink, drink. Slowly, slowly slowly . Walk as often as you can. It is a little hard b/c their are may obsticles in your way.

Despite my previous very bad experience in recovery at this hospital I feel that the staff treated me very well. I am in the opinion of that good treatment was due to Dr. Yasrebi's reputation for following up on the nursing staff and what they are doing. Several times I head the medical staff saying "Oh, this is a Dr. Yasrebi patient?". So I think he puts the fear of God in them to take very good care of his patients.
