Great experience on the whole. Some of the late-night nurses were not that helpful, but I had my son's father with me to help when the staff was not doing their job. Overall though, the staff was very helpful.

My first night was bad because my IV pump kept jamming and going off like an alarm clock. It kept me and my husband awake all night. The fixed in the next morning.

My stay was great ... I was only there overnite, but the staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The nursing staff was wonderful! I was only in the hospital overnight, but my night nurse was great. The staff was very nice, and supportive as I made my walk every 2 hours, and timed my pain meds accordingly.

MY CARE WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, NOW I'VE FOUND THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME FOR THE AMOUNT THAT UNITED DIDNT PAY FOR. THEY HAD CONTRACTED TO ACCEPT A CERTAIN AMOUNT FROM UNITED, UNITED PAID, AND NOW I'M GETTING BILLS FROM MEMORIAL FOR OVER 16 GRAND.

The staff was wonderful. Only one nurse gave me trouble. She gave me a shot in exactly the same spot as a previous, and she pushed saline so hard to clear out the IV that it blew and hurt like hell. I was only seen by RNs and they were quick and helpful. I thought they bent over backwards from start to finish. I know Dr. Yasrebi is a taskmaster and tough, but I'd like to think they were just skilled and willing to do such a good job.

Overall, good. But I have to wonder if maybe they weren't a little short staffed on the fifth floor during my stay, and maybe that is why it took so long for the pain meds to get to me that first day.
