Overall, I didn't have any major problems. But they did seem to be very short handed. I would suggest having someone there with you. That way you don't have to wait 45 minutes to ask the nurse for something.

They need to work a little more on customer service and how they treat the patients PRE and POST OP or they are gonna loose some business!

most of the nurses on the 3rd floor were very good.

I feel that this was a great hospitial and the people were very friendly. I truley belive that they take extra precations to help guard against post-op complications.

the staff was horrible i have so many complaints i dont know where to start. My surgen was good, and i had a couple of compentent nurses.

Under the same circumstances I'd choose the same hospital again even though it's two hours from home. They also made my husband feel at home while he spent all four nights in my room on a small bed. Unfortunately like most other hospitals, there seems to be a shortage of nurses on staff. With the exception of two, they treated me with consideration and respect for which I'll be eternally grateful.

I had excellent care while there. My daytime nurse, Edna, was fabulous. I also had very pleasant experiences with Barry, Alma, and Tammy. Thanks to the entire staff!

ICU WAS SO NOISY IT KEPT ME UP OR THE NOISE WOULD WAKE ME. NURSES WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS GONE. FELT NEGELCTED.

With the exception of two nurses, the nursing staff I encountered was not helpful. However, the aides and others with the two angel nurses was excellent. I understand the situation has changed and the staff is much better now.

I received excellent care at this facility....My pain was managed and kept under control....very caring staff on my floor
