Have a new Zumba instructor for our night classes. New music, all new moves--can barely walk this morning. Good day everyone!

Been having some "not going" issues. Took something for it, and ate half a plum this morning (unheard of for me, I axed fruit during weightloss) and hoping that helps.

I guess I need to stop freaking out over carbs as much... Ya know, maintenance is supposed to be more relaxed, but I guess I'm afraid if I let my guard down it'll all go to hell. Sigh... Much work to do on the head stuff...
