I think it's my turn

I hit goal, so I guess I am technically starting maintenance now, huh?  Not at all sure if I am up for this - or even where to get going.  I am hoping that I lose a little bit more, just for the wiggle room/bounce back factor.

I can't wait to post here more.  I think I need a break from the main forum, now that my goal post is up.

Thank you all for all the help you have given me reaching here.

Congrats! Just keep doing what you were and things will likely still slowly come off.. you can always up the intake to slow or stop when you want. This is the fun and interesting part. More room to experiment, and more room for your body to show you what it will and won't like! I think I may have finally found the range I can eat and not lose any more.. it takes a few months of fine-tuning, enjoy it!

Hey congrats and welcome to maintenance!   Hope this group gives you some help and fun.  Post often as the more you feel like a successful maintainer the more you become one.  But take a minute every day to congratulate yourself on your success and feel how good it is to be normal weight. its important to bask in success.    diane
