My face has changed! I like it! - I had my RNY surgery June 7, 2013.  I am excited that my face doesn't look so "puffy".  After 3 months, I can actually see the change!  So exciting!

Food question - Is quinoa ok to eat? I am three weeks out...on the soft foods phase.  I haven't seen it on any lists, and I do know it's an excellent source of protein.
