I will be 12 weeks post op tomorrow!

I can not believe the first photo was me before the surgery. I'm feeling better about

Well I have officially caught the sick bug. Everyone in my department was sick except me for the past 3 weeks and now it finally caught up to me.

So I would really appreciate some positive advice just as a reminder since I wasn't explained "numbers" for daily food intake for calories and carbs.

In 3 weeks I have only lost 6lbs!

I walk everyday for at least 30 minutes and just started going back to the gym last week.

I drink at least 50oz of water. (I know I need more I am working on it!)
