Ready for cinco de mayo

Hey Hey Hey!,Down to a size 4! And finally consistently weight lifting.Guess what I did today? I ran! OMG, I have been getting my mind ready for actually doing it. Lots of meditation and visualization. I was mentally afraid of my knees blowing out. I'm still 288 in my mind! Me and the hubby got the dog, and we usually walk a few blocks. Today the last 2 blocks ,something said RUN!! I shocked our dog by sprinting off!
A true milestone. And its true what is saod about running, it was awesome!
Now I can add running, to my list..I line dance, I'm taking pole dancing classes, lift weights and use my bowflex max trainer. Gettn my 10Gs of steps doesn't count that's mandatory now.
The hubby is even slimming down. My weight loss had started to drive us apart, like so many. He was an enabler I was always confident and beautiful(for my size*eye roll). But to be able to wear WHAT I want,and truly be comfortable with my body.
Boom its a different type of confidence. It has been rocky reconnecting. But now I'm so light and active. I can DO more than sit and watch.
Its mind over body,and no fear,no regrets! If I can do it anyone can.
**My knees were fine, they never ache anymore- I just think they will. Have a dancetastic, twirleriffic Day!
