Buffalo Chicken Skewers

Buffalo Chicken Skewers Recipe

February 12, 2021

This delicious Buffalo Chicken Skewers Recipe is super easy to make. It is a healthy meal that is great for the big game or simply a delicious family meal. It makes approximately 4 servings and is a filling and satisfying meal.

I like to use chicken tenders as they are perfect size for the kabob skewers and cook up on the grill or in the pan thoroughly. It is also a good idea to use a low carb wing sauce that has a great flavor that you will enjoy but also keeps those carbs down.

Don't forget to soak those kabob skewers at least a half hour or so before cooking them on the grill or in the fry pan. This keeps them from burning and also from too much breakage.

On the sauce, I like to use Sweet Baby Ray's but there is a whole host of them out there. Just head into the friendly sauce aisle at your local grocer and find your favorite flavor. Make sure and look through them and read the amount of carbs you are comfortable with. I hope you enjoy this Buffalo Chicken Skewers Recipe!
