Instant Pot or Crockpot Nacho Chicken Chili
September 12, 2025There really is no shortage of chili options. Not only for ground beef or turkey but even in the world of chicken chili! This Nacho Chicken Chili is another way to change the flavors but enjoy the comforts and filling protein of chili.
Thank goodness for that because chili is SUCH a great bariatric friendly meal. Not only is chili packed with protein and flavor, but the varieties are endless. You can easily freeze small portions of extras for a fast lunch in the future!
This nacho chili is fun because you can add toppings that make you think of nachos. A few sliced black olives or a little plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream). My husband and I both ate this chili with and without cheese and enjoyed it both ways!
