This is an easy recipe that gets ready in just the span of minutes and comes out super tempting and savory served with different garnishings.

You could serve this recipe as an appetizer or as the main dish with a salad.

Instant Pot Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup turkey broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water


  1. Take a bowl, crack an egg in it, and whisk.
  2. In another bowl, pour water, add cornstarch, and mix it.
  3. Now in another bowl and add ground turkey, dressing, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form meatballs and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Add turkey broth to the instant pot.
  6. Place meatballs in the instant pot.
  7. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  8. Do a quick release.
  9. Dish out meatballs and keep aside.
  10. Select the sauté option for 2 minutes and bring the turkey broth to boil.
  11. Add cornstarch mixture to the pot.
  12. Simmer the liquid till the gravy thickens.
  13. Pour the liquid onto the meatballs
