ObesityHelp Conference Emcee and Speaker Diana Vogel

April 8, 2014

We’re happy to introduce Diana as the 2014 ObesityHelp Conference Emcee!

Our attendees fell in love with Diana at #OH2013, where she led two breakout sessions, one on Relationships and the other on Complacency.  We particularly loved her direct and honest approach, sense of humor and how she made everyone feel comfortable and at ease, so we invited Diana to Emcee the entire 2014 Conference.  She’s going to help us keep the Conference running smoothly and make sure every one is having a great time!

Breakout Session: Saturday

KNOW WHERE YOU CAME FROM, SO YOU CAN KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING

This breakout session will explore the habits, behaviors and thoughts that led us down the road to obesity while outlining the tools and skills that are necessary to increase our chance at long term weight loss success. With humor and straight talk, Diana will help you understand how you got to where you are, and kick your but back into reality about your chances of keeping the weight off.

She now brings her knowledge of behavior modification and over coming addiction and blends it with her patient knowledge in regards to the ups and downs of post op life. Identifying complacency and promoting lifestyle changes drives this sub specialty. In addition to maintaining her goal weight since surgery, she is also now a marathon finisher. Diana completed the LA Marathon, 26.2 miles, on March 9, 2014.
