Kelly, I am scheduled for Nov. 26!!! I am already counting down the days!!!

I'm going to have surgery Nov. 2007, & I have wanted to order the mag. but I'm a vegan, & well need vegan food ideas after surgery. There is other vegans on the OH boards other then me, & we all need more info, & places to order vegan vitamin, protein shakes, ect.... As far as vitamins & other vegan stuff, I'll help ya out, I order alot from Pangea at www.veganstore.com ( i don't work 4 them ) We have people from all walks of life, & need different info to cover there needs too. Can OH do this, that is the question ?? I'm a messianic, means I eat kosher, & vegan, no form of animals products or honey. With all the info I just give you, I should get a 1 year sub. free.
