I get this question all the time....and I thought hey I wanna know what yours means too.

Ok I will start I am 33 yrs old I am 5'10 I have size 10 feet and I have seriously the smallest hands in the world, they are the same size as my 4'11 mothers!
I am a huge Tolkien geek so it just seemed to be fate!

I was always called "Shelley Belly" as a kid.
But I changed the "Belly" to "Bella" because it means beautiful, which is what I am under all this...stuff!

HeavyHearted is kind of a play on words.

The obvious: heavyhearted=sad or forlorn for most people... a state many of us are in prior to getting the surgery.

My take: Heavyhearted=big hearted... since that is how I like to think of myself.
