OK so I am feeling really great right now. I walked over 2 miles did not have to stop and did not get winded at all. It has to be one of the best feelings for me besides being down from 22/24 to a 15/16. This was definitely the best decision that I have made. I can see the light only 90lbs to go. I have lost 1/3 of total weight 6 weeks out. For some reason ticker did not update
