I am only 16 mos and I TRY to keep my calories at around 1000 with protein at 100g, carbs at 50g or lower and fats at 40g. I can't eat anything with sugar over 10 g or I will dump. I do go over from time to time and that is usually when I am off my meal plans and out. I work hard to stay on it but it does get difficult when I am out with friends.

I do not count calories... i like to get at least 80g of protein and under 100g carbs... don't count fat.

I know i can do better... i need to.

I really only count protein because i struggle so much with it. I need at least 80 protein to stay mentally alert but also generally keep my carbs under 50.

unfortunately, for me, it's the only way to maintain

It's good to have goals and to try and stick with them. First time in my life I am doing so. My daily goals are 900-1000 calories, 75-100 grams of protein, 70 grams of carbs and 20 grams of fat (hard one for me).

I aim for 1200 calories, 80g of protein. I'm 17.5 years out and 59 years old, it's really difficult to keep my weight in check.

I weigh myself every day and log everything that passes my lips into MyFitnessPal every day.

Not gonna lie, it's hard to maintain my weight.

What a fun question and so interesting to see people are doing. I don't count mty macros anymore I now just keep my calories between 1000-1100 and my carbs below 60. I had surgery in 2010 and after a bout of regain I decided to cut certain foods out and its helped.
