Hi Tony and WELCOME !!!
![]()
Were SO happy 2 meet U ! Im sure others will have many more tipz but
1) movement matters - much more than what U eat I find .
That doesnt mean I deliberately make bad choices jes that my tiny tummy means reasonableness ( like eating some fat n not ridgidly dieting constantly like 14 years ago pre op when I was making my living from modeling n acting )
2) vites- particularly non elemental iron n vitamin C every single day r super important mostly 2 keep up Ur energy n long term health . NOT worth slacking on this !
3) springing Ur skin back into shape as U reduce is HUGE . U dont want 2 feel nor ever hav 2 feel like a " melted candle " .
If U work out , use 2% salycylic acid ( inexpensive ) bodywash every time U shower n bathe ..Neutrogena sells a great grapefruit scented acne scrub available in any drugstore for $7.99 !
Ull look great in a swimsuit - super hott even in six months time :)
Dont forget U have LOTS going 4 ya in th beauty dept- nice long neck n probably good posture - great big far set cow eyes that photograph beautifully - hopefully an amazing head of hair even!!
AND Ure probably super tall which very much attracts th ladiez lol
Hi everyone,
I just had bariatric surgery 6 months ago and am currently in the maintenance phase. I have found that despite changing my diet and exercise routine, I still have trouble controlling my eating habits and staying motivated to exercise.
I would like to ask you:
Any tips for maintaining healthy eating habits long-term?
What are some ways to control cravings or deal with food cravings?
What are some good workout tips for maintaining weight without feeling overwhelmed?
I would love to hear from you guys if you have any personal experiences or resources, or tools that have helped you. I would appreciate any practical, concrete advice from the community!
Emelia, I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues after your IVF treatment. It's understandable to be concerned. While I can't offer medical advice, I strongly recommend reaching out to your IVF center or another healthcare professional to discuss these symptoms. They can properly assess the lump, discomfort, and weight loss. In the meantime, focusing on stress-reducing activities might help. Perhaps finding a calming hobby, or even getting lost in a virtual world - you know, something like perfecting your driving skills on Drift Hunters! I hope you find answers and relief soon. Take care!
Ive been a prediabetic and Real diabetic a long time - both before n after my lifesaving RNY 14 years ago.
Foot pain - sole discomfort has been an everyday constant presence - even lying in bed
!
So I was AMAZED 2 discover a non-medical n very inexpensive cure ... yep predictably it tastes AWFUL
but such is the price U pay.
Diabetic celebrities like Tom Hanks grind th peeled root up every day n drink it down in some kind of shake - apple cider n lemon juice works for me .
Just mere weeks after trying it I barely suffer foot discomfort any more - no more unbelievably expensive prescription gabapentin needed!

Im thinking of trying Nutrifol ... like I dont take ENOUGH vitamins but luxuriant hair is so important !
That's wild customer disputes should never reach that level. Stay cool and stylish instead with the trendy low taper fade fluffy hair look.
In Temple Run 2, you play as a brave explorer escaping from a giant monster.
Even funny or weird topics can inspire creative art sometimes. Maybe turn it into a light sketch or comic kind of like how free spiderman coloring pages mix humor and creativity.
