One year followup with surgeon and feeling fantastic.
Had my one year follow-up with my surgeon today (really 13 month), and everybody in his office is thrilled with my progress.
On my 6 month I was told I my weight loss was "slightly below average, but acceptable"
Today I was told that "You are ahead of schedule" He was very pleased that I lost 70 lbs since my 6 month visit. And this is after a 2 week stall.
Funny; it was in the last 6 months that I started taking diet, and especially exercise seriously. Who'd of thought there would be a connection.
