Hi all...just have a few minutes to post before I jump back into my transcription, so I thought I'd get this started.

I took a brisk, hilly 35 minute walk this morning - totally enjoying the sunshine!

a great chest and tri workout, followed by a 4 mile run with a slight incline on the the TM.  Worked in the garden in the heat for an hour or two afterward as well.  Need to get a long run in tomorrow as I have a half in a week and a half and haven't run over 8 or 9 miles in over a month.   It was just way too hot today to do it and I can only tolerate 3 or 4 miles on the TM anymore.

I seriously hate being on call 24/7 ! !  Usually  not a problem, because as a supervisor I am not first responder.... BUT....it has been non stop crisis for the past 48 hrs. It really messes me up with my workouts schedule.

Working till very late tonight, but carved out time to be "off call" in the morning.  This sucks!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
