Rest day for me...and this time I mean it!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I went to track. Did 2x800, 4x400 and 1x200. My leg gave out at that point so I didn't get to finish the rest of the 200s.
