 7 Miles in 70 minutes on the TM today.  Starting to feel like the 1/2 marathon isn't that crazy after all.

Yoga class for me today; had planned on going for a run tonight, but ended up taking my daughter to an after-hours medical clinic instead. I suppose looking after sick kids comes before running! LOL!! Tomorrow is another day.

32 minutes of weights (chest/tri)  including sets of 40, 40, 40, and 30 for the 100 pushup challenge
90 minute spin on the stationary bike with 10 1:20 sprints for 37.7 miles.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Back Bis and Hams, Ran 2 miles and biked 15 minutes. Cardio was short because I destroyed my hams with GoodMornings.

I went to track. Did 2x800, 4x400 and 1x200. My leg gave out at that point so I didn't get to finish the rest of the 200s.
