Still not well

Hey everyone,

I cannot remember when I was last able to eat and keep down solid food. I have been nourishing myself with meal replacement drinks and although they fill me up and are able to sustain me, I have not been able to run. I am still managing to do yoga class at least.

I really want to go to hot yoga class, but at the moment would not be able to sufficiently hydrate. I also would not have the stamina fo a 90 minute yoga class in  room heated up to 105 degrees. I do see my Dr. on Wednesday.

This has really messed up my training schedule; just need to get to the bottom of this isue. There will always be races to run I guess.

I'm BRAND new here so you don't know me from a hole in the wall but wanted to send my good thoughts to you.

I hope they find a resolve to your issue soon!

Sending positive thoughts and energy your way Jet. I hope it all gets figured out soon so you can hit the pavement!

Take care of yourself, and don't pu**** too much!

Hugs,
Kathy

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Oh Jet,
I hope things turn around for you soon! Take care of yourself first, you can run later! :)

Thanks everyone.  Definitely need resolution; woke up last night choking on reflux. I know that when I do start running again, I will be at a better starting place than when I first started running. I will just have to run vicariously through all of you for the time being! :)

Thinking of you and hoping they can figure out what is wrong and fix it soon. In cases like yours , you should be able to get in and see the doctor right away. Good luck and keep strong.

Jet,

With yoga as a diversion, you're going to be one flexible runner when they get your gastric issues resolved.  I hope your doc is able to fix you up soon.
