Saturday Workouts
Whew! I had planned to do a shortened workout today because I have so much to do, but once I got there and got going, I figured I might as well go ahead and do a good one. Did 20 minutes of intervals on the bike, then 25 minutes in the weight room. I'm feelin' it! Hope y'all are havin' a great Saturday!

I did my first 50-mile ride today. It was a beautiful out and back through the Adirondack Mountains, so it was a very hilly course. About half the climbs were a 15% grade. There were a couple of monsters with grades of 46-52%. I have a double crankset, so I was wishing for a granny gear on more than one occasion. The views and the awesome descents were worth every climb.
