So this is why...
I pass up all the 'good food'
I get up at 3:45 am to go workout
I go back to the gym at 8:30 pm when the kids go to bed
Why I work out 3 hours per day on Saturday and Sunday
I went through 2 surgeries

I went to Wal-mart to get a couple pair of new jeans for Thanksgiving weekend.  And just for the heck of it, I got a size smaller and went to see just how close I was to fitting in them.  Holy Cow! They fit.
Who would have thought that a guy wearing 60x32 jeans a year ago would now be wearing 36x34's now.  I am so happy I could just scream!
Oh, and to reward myself, I bought a king size Snickers....no not really, but I did reward myself by buying 2 new shirts, also a size smaller.....MEDIUM!!!

Yea me.

Good job!!! It's funny how our rewards have shifted. I know I would have purchased the Snickers three years ago myself. Congrats on the skinny clothes!

As I've told you in the past, you are truly inspirational.   I was reading this and saw your to reward myself I bought a king size Snickers comment and my heart nearly dropped...  Then I read on and was even more impressed and can't wait to get to that point.

Hopefully I will have my RNY surgery just after the new year and this time next year I'll be buying some close off the shelf at Wal-mart...  :-)  Unfortunately, I can't even imagine that now...  :-(
